Ann Bialek, Sr. VP

Ann Bialek has been a resident of Manhattan for 19 years, 12 of which she has spent cultivating an impressive career in Real Estate. Her achievements include a place in the Producer’s Council for being among the top 20% of money -makers for Halstead. She is also a member of both the Platinum Circle and the Gold Circle for selling properties worth over $3 million and $1 million, respectively.

Ann shares her true understanding of the Real Estate market openly and honestly with each and every one of her clients whether it applies to studios or massive lofts, uptown penthouses or downtown pied a terres. By dealing with every client individually, she works hard to make sure they each find the perfect home or the perfect buyer.

Ann graduated from NYU with a degree in education and began her career as a second and third grade teacher. Over the years, she has owned and operated two very successful businesses. She brings to Real Estate her keen business and interpersonal skills, which have helped her become a stellar performer for her company and most importantly, for her clients.

When not devoting her time and energy to her clients, Ann Bialek is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She has been married for 44 years and has two children and six grandchildren.

After attending Hunter College, Madalyn's experiences as a fashion model, a designer of contemporary fine jewelry, and an accomplished Interior Designer, led her to the position of Regional Sales Manager for a well known international furniture company. During her long career, Madalyn was chosen to design the interiors for various model apartments in some of NYC’s most prestigious buildings, such as One Central Park West, Bridge Tower, which were eventually sold furnished. The experiences and contacts Madalyn acquired over this period of time were instrumental for a natural transition into the world of Real Estate.

Madalyn’s Real Estate knowledge and experience, along with her discretion, integrity and commitment to service have won her numerous accolades from her clients resulting in many referrals. Her knowledge of the ever-changing New York City marketplace allows her to educate both Buyers and Sellers thus enabling her to guide them through their transactions.
