Ann Bialek, SVP

Ann Bialek has been a resident of Manhattan for 22 years, 14 of which she has spent cultivating an impressive career in real estate. Her achievements include a place in the Producer's Council for being among the top 20% of money-makers for Halstead Property. She is also a member of both the Platinum Circle and the Gold Circle for selling properties worth over $6 million.

Ann shares her true understanding of the real estate market openly and honestly with each and every one of her clients, whether it applies to studios or massive lofts, uptown penthouses or downtown pied-a-terres. Ann graduated from NYU with a degree in education and began her career as a second and third grade teacher. Over the years, she has owned and operated two very successful businesses. She brings to real estate her keen business and interpersonal skills, which have enabled her become a top producer for her company and most importantly, for her clients. When not devoting her time and energy to her clients and buyers, Ann is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She has been married for 47 years and has two children and six grandchildren.

Madalyn Robbins is well known for her impeccable attention to detail and personalized customer service. When her clients or customers speak, she hears every word. She brings with her a well known creative talent for design, negotiation, diligence, and the ability to think out of the box. As the Regional Sales Manager for a world renowned California based furniture company for many years, Madalyn was responsible for the design and furnishing of many model apartments in some of Manhattan's most prestigious buildings, i.e. The Bridge Tower, One Central Park West, and The Milan, amongst others. The experiences she accumulated, the relationships with many accomplished builders and the contacts she acquired during this time were instrumental in a natural transition into the world of real estate.

Through her many residential sales and commitment to service, Madalyn has developed a large network of referral based business. All of her customers and clients are on a one-on-one basis and are guided through their purchase or sale process effortlessly.

Madalyn, a native New Yorker, currently resides on the Upper East Side.
